  • What precautions are you taking to make sure customers and employees are safe during this time?
    We care about the health and safety of our customers as well as our staff and that is why we practice social distancing, mask-wearing and fumigation with a sanitizing agent on a consistent basis to maintain the health of all who come into contact with our store. We also closely follow the CDC guidelines to get the most recent updates and status of the virus and will practice any suggested safety measures because Headache Trading Co. cares.
  • Can customers come into your store?
    Yes, customers are allowed in the store but only at limited capacity. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times and hope to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

  • Are your sneakers authentic?
    Yes. All of our sneakers are 100% authentic and have been authenticated before they are placed on our shelves. Headache Trading Co. does not sell fakes, knock-offs or b-grade sneakers.
  • How long have you been in business?
    Headache Trading Co. has been in business since 2019.
  • Where is your store located?
    Headache Trading Co. is located at 1828 North Dixie Hwy, Lakeworth, FL 33460
  • Can I reserve sneakers or clothing until I can pay for them?
    No. Since we sell our merchandise on a first come, first serve basis we cannot hold merchandise without payment.

  • ORDERS

  • Which forms of payment do you accept?
    We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
  • How long does it take for you to ship out orders?
    After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Orders are shipped out the next business day after payment has been confirmed.
  • Can I wear your vintage sneakers?
    Wear them at your own risk.
  • Do you charge sales tax on your sneakers and clothing?
    Yes. Florida residents pay 6% sales tax. If taxes are charged in your state, you will see it once your address has been confirmed in your shopping cart.

  • SHIPPING

  • When will I receive my order?
    Florida residents should receive their orders within 1-3 business days but sometimes sooner. U.S. residents who live outside of Florida, using ground shipping should receive their orders within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped directly from our store in Florida so expect your order to arrive within 7 days if you reside on the West Coast. Due to COVID-19, please prepare for longer shipping times and delays as your packages move through the system.

  • RETURNS

  • Does Headache Trading Co. accept returns?
    No. All sales with Headache Trading Co. are final. We will only accept returns if you received the wrong item. If you have any questions or concerns with regards to sizing or condition of a specific item on our site, please contact us before making a purchase.

  • CONSIGNMENT

  • How do I sell my products with Headache Trading Co?
    They are two ways to consign with us. You can visit us in person at Headache Trading Co. 1828 North Dixie Hywy, Lakeworth, FL 33460. We are open Mondays by Appt Only, and Tuesdays - Sundays 12pm-7pm EST. If you are out of state, email your list of items to shopheadache@gmail.com and we will provide instructions on how to consign with us.
  • What happens after you receive my items?
    We buy new and used shoes. We will authenticate them once they arrive and if they are fakes they will be returned to you. Prior to shipping your shoes to us, we will provide a shipping label by email which you will then print and mail with your items. Once we receive your items you will be notified by email or via text.
  • How much do I get when my items sell?
    After your item(s) sell, you will receive payment for 80% of the final sale price after applicable taxes and processing fees.
